At the YMCA we want you to know your health and safety will ALWAYS be our top priority without change, and always with certainty. We want to share all of the ways our facility and departments are taking charge of keeping all our members safe whether it's in the pool, child watch and group exercise, or even on the basketball court. |

- Cleaning is scheduled every hours before reservation transition
- Reservation system each hour to use pool for water walking and lap swim to limit number of members in pool at one time
- Masks required for those on pool deck and staff on pool deck
- Guards are cleaning any equipment that has been utilized by members between each reservation.
- Masks required in locker rooms

Please keep in mind, while utilizing facilities outside of the YMCA, we are at times subject to changing our rules to allow continued use of off site facilites.
- No spectators are allowed at games or practices held at Nebraska schools – other facilities are limiting spectators to 2 per player while bring their own chair
- Coaches are checking players in and out of practices and games ensure all players safety during drop off and pick-up
- After each game – benches, scoreboards, basketballs are being cleaned and disinfected

Players must wear masks while not on the court during practice or games
- All parents, players, coaches, staff, and officials are asked to self monitor and not to attend if showing any signs of symptoms, or if possible exposure has occured

We recognize it may be hard to imagine PERSONAL training to have social distancing as a component. Our trainers have perfected the protocols for maintaining distance and ensure disinfecting of equipment all while geting you the workout you need.
- All trainers are required to wear a mask while training
- All trainers are to remain 6 ft apart from clients
- The Armbrust YMCA has a small training room that can be utilized in private to limit exposure to other members.
- Trainers wipe down equipment before and after each use with members during each session

- Reservation system is required for utilizing Child Watch. This helps us ensure smaller numbers of children each day.
- Every child has their temperature taken before they can enter child watch or early ed. classes.
- All children use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon entry.
- All children 5 and over are required to wear masks, unless they have a health issue that prevents wear.
- Cleaning is done continuously with food and child safe disinfectant as needed while children are present.
- Entire room (child watch and early ed.), bathroom, outdoor equipment, toys, surfaces etc.. are sprayed at the end of each shift with an electrostatic spray gun with a disinfectant solution.
- All staff are asked to self-monitor for possible illness and to not come to work if they have any symptoms or possible exposure to COVID 19.

- Members are asked and encouraged to wipe of equipment both before and after use.
- Masks are required in the facility in all common areas.
- ALL Equipment is being cleaned every hour with highly disinfectant solutions.
- Cardio machines are roped off, only every other machine is available for use to allow for 6ft social distancing.
- Extra hand sanitizing stations have been placed in wellness area.
- Mats are not available for use in wellness center due to pourous surface, please bring a mat for personal use.
- No-touch temperature scanner at front desk. Access denied to those who register 100.4 or higher.

- Reservation for class required through the app to limit studio/gym capacity
- Distanced dot markers on the floor in gym and studio ensure participants are separated by 8 ft diagonally, 10 ft laterally, and a 12 ft distance front to back.
- Distanced bikes in community room B (max of 16 bikes)
- No sharing of equipment
- Members bring their own mats/towels if needed
- Wipes/spray for equipment is utilized before and after use
- Masks required when setting up equipment, until actively exercising, and required again when putting equipment away

Reservations are required for utilizing the pool, child watch, and group exercise. These reservations help us ensure we stay at capacity limits as well as enable us to provide extra cleaning on a schedule. Reservations can be made through our mobile app, YMCA of Greater Omaha, or by calling our Member Service Desk at 402.896.4200
